In line degassing and refining of molten Aluminum

The   remelt   facility   equipment   starts   with   the   aluminium   scrap   preparation   up   to   the   casting   of   ingots,   T   bars,   slabs   and   billets. Homogenizing lines, continuous or discontinuous, are also part of our scope of supply.

Scrap charging machines

The scrap charging machines enable to automatically load the melting furnaces with reduced charging times.

The   double   chamber   furnace   separates   the   melting   furnace   in   two   specific   areas:   one   for   the   loading/preheating   of   scrap   and   the other   for   absorbing   the   heat.   Melting   of   the   charge   is   obtained   mainly   by   the   heat   transformed   by   the   overheated   metal   recirculated into the loading area by EMP pump.

Molten metal circulating pumps and stirrers

To   reduce   the   melting   times,   the   metal   losses   and   consumption,   the   molten   metal   is   circulated   by   means   of   mechanical   pumps, inductors or stirrers.

Skimming machines

The skimming machines, running on rails, perform the automatic dedrossing with minimum operating time and melt loss.

Regenerative burners, oxygen burners and high velocity burners

The burners depending on application, can be high speed, regenerative or oxyfuel.
